JJCL’s Expanding Services
In order to meet our clients ongoing needs we are pleased to have updated and improved our website to illustrate the full range of services that Jonathan James Consultancy can now offer. From our early days as specialist property auditors we have evolved into a multifaceted organisation that can accommodate a wide range of bespoke property or accounts related issues.
Accounts Payable Audits
We would like to welcome Roger Jones and Liz King to the Accounts Payable Audit team. Roger and Liz are both fully qualified accountants who can identify and recover lost revenue and also offer practical advice in preventing this reoccurring in the future. Their backgrounds allow them to identify areas which would not necessarily be picked up by an in-house team.
Service Charge Certification
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors continues to update and improve the way service charge expenditure is accounted to tenants. There are now a number of guidelines which must be adhered to in order for service charges to be produced in accordance with best practice. With over 20 years experience in this field we can produce certification for multi-tenanted commercial properties of all sizes in full compliance with the RICS guidelines.
